Laptop Internal Hard-drive/Game install help :( Urgent?

Recently I bought a computer and a laptop (both very high quality) from JB -Hifi.
Now the computer is fine, but the laptop for some reason has both a C: drive and a secondary drive called D: and when I want to install games that I bought, in this case, World of Warcraft it will automatically install onto the C: drive.

Now this is fine, but here's the problem. The laptop has 600 gb internal memory, where 50gb is on the C: drive while like 500+gb is on the D: drive. So every time I go to install the game it'll say insufficient space on the drive. (Meaning drive C:)

Is there a way I can put the space from the D: drive onto the C: drive in any way? If not, is it possible to perhaps change the location of where my games get installed so they can be installed on to Drive D:? (Which by the way is entirely empty :O)

The laptop is a Dell 600gb or so, and runs on Windows 7 if this helps.

Please, anything will do :( I just need to know how to get around this.

Yes you can reallocate the drive space

start/computer then properties and then manage you will get a window and you then select disc management and then you can follow the HELP option to reallocate your drive space

Instead of reallocating the space from the D:\ partition to the C:\ partition, I suggest you simply format the D:\ partition, as that is probably why you can't install or use it yet. :)

It's better to separate the files you use often such as windows components which goes to C:\. Use D:\ drive for your personal stuff.

Swap the drive names.
