Here is your requested customer review. To read more reviews visit the link below: Pros1. Extremely light weight. 2. Decent size harddrive(more than my XPS M1210) 3. Hyper Threading CPU 4. Very power efficient. Only runs on 30watts makes for a small power supply. 5. Runs all of my basic Windows and Java based office application. 6. Build quality is very solid. 7. Full compatibility with all of my USB devices, including pro audio interfaces. 6. Runs Linux Cons1. HDMI is not a true HDMI(But it works) 2. No larger battery available 3. Runs XP fine, but I needed to strip down some of the services that were not needed. 4. Could use more shared video ram. Review:I have read many good and bad reviews. People griping about expandable memory and performance. HUH! You are not going to get much better performance in something this size for the price. If you are a power user that needs 2 gigs of ram and a hi-res screen, then this is not the computer for you. 90% of what most people would want to run including Video, Music(iTunes), MsOffice, Open Office, Skype, Twitter, Hamradio Delux, Echolink, Cubase LE, Remote Desktop, Linux, Development(Almost anything except MS Visual Studio) Etc... will run on 1 Gig of ram. One helpful hint may be to limit the number of open applications you use. You can only use one at a time anyway! The performance based on my benchmark testing rates this model equal to a 1.2ghz Centrino M 720. However, what makes this computer better than a Centrino M is the capability to do hyperthreading. This is pretty good considering this computer only uses 30 watts! My only gripe is they should have done a better job of stripping down XP. When I first looked at the memory usage, it was 500meg. Once I did some simple editing of my startup tasks, I was able to get to initial usage down to 197 meg. This definitely improved over all performance.

It comes with Microsoft Works Suite :)

It has 160 gb of hard drive and 1 gb of RAM.

See here for more details about it:

And see here to learn the differences between a netbook and a laptop:

http://www.dell.com/us/en/home/notebooks/laptop-inspiron-10/pd.aspx?refid=laptop-inspiron-10&s=dhs&cs=19

For example, "Netbooks are not built with internal CD/DVD drives as content used are mostly downloaded or stored in the hard disk drives. However, one can use an external CD/DVD drive and connect to the netbook using the USB port."

Yes, I should think most new computers now would be able to run a program like that. It's not going to be fast though and will slow down your computer. I recomend using Microsoft works personally, It's free.
