Hi.
A couple of options that hope fully may help.
You could try the key combination at start up .
Hold Alt and keep press F10 when the Acer logo is on screen at start up.
D2D must be enabled (Hard Disc to Hard Disc ).
Press F2 at start up and select "Main" and enable D2D and exit saving changes.
You could try a frame work repair , this associates the partitions (All of them ).
Select "Applications and Drivers instead of Factory restore from erecovery list.
Look at the contents for "Acer Frame Work" then install .
A Factory restore may then work.
The Factory OS copy is stored in a hidden partition ( pqservice ) but this partition is normaly tied to "D" .
If you have removed "D" a factory restore will fail.
As "D" is a tempory working space , over filling will cause a restore to fail.
Then " D" must be replaced or Re-assosiated with a "Frame work repair".
