I am borrowing an Asus Eee PC netbook from a friend, and I spilled coffee on it today...now, I only spilled a couple drops, I wiped it off as best as I could, and then turned it off, and wiped it off some more, let it sit upside down for like 4 or 5 hours, turned if back on, and now only the F, F1, [, , ., keys work...sooo and I spilled the coffee on the J, K and O facenity, so any suggestions that don't require taking the battery out of it, or taking it apart..everything else works great, the mouse pad the mouse keys, and the screen, everything BUT the keyboard...and suggestions on how I can get it working?
btw, it didn't go into the fans, or anything.

Well, there are electrics and some wires underneath a laptop keyboard and the battery might be damaged by the spill. If its possible to repair it, then repair it.Try rebooting the laptop and see if the keyboard works.Replacing the keyboard might not work since the spill went through the keys.It might done something to a particular hardware so have it checked or something.Make sure a certified technician does the job.

Water bases drinks and electronics don't work well together, if there is someway to remove the keyboard for cleaning, you may be able to clean it and it might fix the problem.
