Some people have told me that Macbooks including Macbook Pro,etc. break easily and often. I never considered their opinion as I have heard from other people who actually own a macbook it RARELY or never breaks, and if it does, you can just take it to an Apple store for the best customer service you'll see. Well, I've been wondering now.. can anybody with a macbook tell me if they break easily and often?

Computers do not break as long as you take good care of them. If you treat them roughly, they won't last.

Also, once you're out of warranty, you won't have the same customer service as when you were in your warranty period.

I've had my Macbook Pro (mid-2009 edition) for almost an entire year, and it's never had any major software or hardware problems. It's an extremely solid computer, and very resistant to most things that would make PC owners cringe. I couldn't suggest it more.

Not really, no. They're not the most solidly built or reliable of laptops, but they're well above average. Apple tends to score above average in hardware reliability and always destroys the competition in customer service and satisfaction.

The Macbooks hardly ever "break" if you use them wisely. They are also a great choice as they have extreme great performance.

There about as "Physically" breakable as any computer, i think there optimized for web designs and pro things, So there quite good, but very very diffrent from a windows computer.
