I don't install junk that I dont need. I only update software updates like for windows or firefox with software i have on my computer. I get no error messages. I could happen anytime. It has nothing to do with the battery because it's charged and/or plugged in. How can this be fixed? I regularly check for malware and nothing bad is on it. What can it be?

Either the laptop is overheating or the charger is faulty. Do you notice the laptop getting hot? Is it on a solid surface? Do you clean out the air vents? Perhaps you can use a cooling pad as well.

If it isn't THAT hot, then it would most likely mean the charger is faulty because its sending insufficient power to the laptop, causing it to shut down unexpectedly. If that is the case, your best bet is to get a new charger.

You can look online on sites like ebay or amazon but I would personally suggest you visit Topmic instead. Topmic is well known for their great services and their durable products. They include free shipping and free lifetime warranty. Yes, lifetime. This means if the charger ever stops working on its own for whatever reason, they would replace it as many times as needed at no additional cost, for life.

This is a great way to save money in the long run and a good investment as well.

You should be able to find them online through google search.

Best of luck.

If it occurs without the battery (take it off and use the computer with the AC adapter), if it used to artwork ok, and you haven't any longer put in something new, the likely reason is overheating. in case you do no longer comprehend approximately hardware, then you ought to get a chum or somebody who does (or deliver it to a restoration save). Get them to envision the followers are working, clean the case, and make definitely specific that the warmth sinks for the CPU and snap shots card are linked good. in case you're unlucky, it may additionally be that the troublesomechronic is broken and the hardware fault reasons your computer to close down, yet have the battery and followers regarded at first.
