I have an Samsung laptop. But the enter key doesn't work. what should I do? Is it broken or what? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

It could have some liquid or dirt spilled into it. A can of spray air might dry it or dislogde anything or take take it to Best Buy or somewhere to have them look at it. You can also take the key off to get under it and can probably get the key back on. They are not impossible, but a little tricky sometimes.
Hey. This really happened. I have a can of spray air and took my own advise and sprayed under the num lock key without removing it, the can has a narrow tube to point air in tiny places and now it works. Thanks. The keypad has not worked for several months until now. Neat. And I didn't see anything fly out either.

If you don't want to pay the expence of haveing it fixed, buy a USB numeric pad ($20 from Toshiba), or use your mouse. ROWEN - few laptop keyboards have a numeric pad!

if you can take the battery out.
Turn the computer off, unplug it, take out battery, hold down the power button for 10 seconds. Then try it.
