Uncheck sticky keys

Press the Caps Lock key once. It is a toggle that turns Caps on/off.

Caps lock or press shift rapidly. Press settings and uncheck everything

what type of keyboard is it? computer? Then probable a hardware situation yet likely keyboard driver. favourite laptop keyboard? attempt yet another one. on the spot keyboard? Reset the keyboard. Press button to resync with on the spot receiver. likely on the spot interference.
