Mac charging problem?

My Mac is plugged in, and you can see the orange light. However, the battery stays at 0%, despite saying that the power source is a power adapter. Earlier, it was charged to around 54%, but as soon as I unplugged it, the battery disappeared. Help please!!!

Looks like your MAC battery is shot...buy a new one and replace it. Now if it's still under warranty, you're in luck. Just show it to any service representative in any Apple store and they'll take care of you.

a thank you to objective if an iBook power adapter works: do away with the battery next time you like to ask a query approximately your pc hardware, let us know which pc you have. Processor power is a robust determiner. See the link under to verify (by using area extensive kind) in case you acquire the appropriate adapter kind.

Maybe the battery itself is bad. Or the charger.



Or your charger is for another mac laptop model. I used my macbook pro charger on my macbook (the white one) and it kept being fussy.

You have a bad battery. If its still under warranty, it should be replaced for free.
