My laptop seems to have a mind of it's own. It does things automatically like sending my mails before I'm done and deleting mails when I don't want it to. How do I shut off the automatic thing.I have an Acer laptop and emails are getting sent before I am ready to send them or it will delete emails before I am finished reading them. Is there a way to stop this from happening or to shut this feature off. I am thinking it has something to do with the touchpad in the center of the laptop. Only had the laptop for a few months. Still learning. Thanks in advance for any help you may offer.

It probably is the touchpad. Go to control panel and go to mouse settings. There is a setting for selecting or clicking. What this does is clicks the left button when you tap the pad. I just turned this off for my laptop and I am extremely happy now that my thumb doesn't hit the pad in mid e-mail and cause me to type in the wrong place, or delete things when I don't want to.
