"Macbook Pro overheating?"
No.
"it can go up to 190 F is this normal?"
Yes.
It can happily run up to 100ºC / 212ºF+ without any problems. Heat is not the issue it once was for electronics and well designed computers will not be troubled by it. If it does overheat for some reason it will shut itself down to protect itself.
have you ever positioned your hand close to the exhaust vent to make particular a first rate airflow is popping out? If its no longer lots air perhaps the warmth-sink interior is stuffed with airborne dirt and dust. I had a Dell inspiron 9300 its a magnesium case painted black on the generating unit. it may get so warm that the paint under particularly got here off completely. I wiped clean the vents with some compressed air (air in a can stuff) and it introduced the indoors temp down 15-18 degree's. wish i've got helped you some, Ryan
