Seriously, this isn't a forum. What's wrong with both of you above? Putting Mac on a PC is actually a nice idea since Windows tends to be much less reliable.

Macintrash? Nice but sadly Mac wins over Windows any day... and I run a Windows-only environment, too. The PC fanboys need to realize Macs tend to be less problematic.

But.... you probably pinpointed it by saying the drivers are not installed. I'll try pointing you in the right direction as installing OS X on a PC is quite..... interesting. I did it myself once.... never sucessfully installed on my PC because it's AMD :(

Installing Mac OS X:

Post-installation (probably more appropriate):

the better question is why could Apple try this? They make financial employer from hardware revenues, no longer revenues of their OS, so what benefit could that provide them? They build it to run on their very own hardware. it rather is made to run on numerous laptop hardware, even though it takes some doing and is thoroughly unsupported via Apple. And everyone who says it extremely is "unlawful" (watching you, Dave) is an fool who would not get the adaptation between a civil offense and a criminal offense. hint: A EULA is a settlement. you don't get prosecuted for breaking a settlement. You get sued. enormous distinction. Apple isn't attracted to suing human beings for construction Hackintoshes except they're attempting to sell them. case in point, Apple sued Psystar out of existence for merchandising Hackintoshes (besides as another issues), yet would not seem to care that there are a set of web sites dedicated to Hackintosh communities while they might honestly sic the criminal expert hordes on them. If it have been "unlawful" then the vendors of Psystar could have been prosecuted. They weren't. They have been sued. learn the adaptation, human beings. And Dean, FreeBSD = Unix. Unix != Linux. they are no longer the comparable element. FreeBSD isn't a version of Linux.
