My toshiba satellite runs in a Intel Core 2 Duel Processor, and I found out that the Macbooks are using the exact same processor, so does that mean I can install a Mac os x on my toshiba satellite p205-s6287?

Exactly what Tyler Said.

Also it is illegal and if you want a mac that bad, than I would recommend following the law and just getting a Mac, not installing it on a PC, things also are not compatible like your wireless card, so you cannot connect to the internet, I would not recommend it.

Bad idea. Mac OS X is designed for the hardware it runs on (like the iMac or MacBook Pro), and (unlike Windows or Linux), cannot run on any other hardware. Get Windows 7 instead - or better yet, Ubuntu.

I'm gonna go with no .. Because Macs are more than just a processor.
