ISP is Internet Service Provider. IF you already have an established connection and are trying to connect wireless, what you need to do is this. Control Panel-Open Network and Sharing Center. Then proceed to Manage Wireless Connections. This will show you a list of all your saved connections. Remove all of these if any.. If not any, then Use the Network Internet Wizard to set up a new connection. One more thing you can check into.. If the laptop you purchased was an HP. make sure Wireless connections are active on the laptop.

You need an internet service provider such as SHAW, unless of course you have one. Make sure your password is correct and your selecting the right SSID from the list of wireless connections shown.
