My Sony VAIO Laptop screen has cracks :(?

Hi, My laptop screen has two cracks in the beginning of the screen. Although, there is no harm to the display, but the area around the cracks is blackish in color. I have a Sony VAIO laptop, would like to know the cost of the repair.Help me guys

The screen has to be replaced, just purchased a factory replacement 17.3 inch Toshiba screen here for $108.00 and it works like new. They also install screens if needed.
