quite a bit actually the 6195 is better but also more expensive: here is where the 6195 differs:

with a bigger screen you get a better resolution screen. 1366x768 vs 1600x900

The weight of the laptop goes up one to 7 pounds

The RAM goes up two to 8 gb

The hard drive space goes up 250 gb to 1000gb

Biggest factor that Might show depending on how it looks to your eyes is 15.6 is 720p and 17.3 is 900p. Other than that the first laptop has 2 gb less ram and 250gb less in hdd. You won't really see any performance difference.
