I would say yes, Specs seem very reasonable and also download Reginout to improve performance.

Xbox and wii? no. yet while have been given a computer which many times human beings do u might desire to get it from torrent web pages for loose and then play online with alterops so u might desire to, yet no longer on Xbox and WII because of the fact of diffrent online schematics desire it helped :)

Probably not, though you might be able to if you lower the graphics to the least available. The FPS (frames per sec.) won't be so good though, probably.
