It's better that you go with Sony's Vaio. It is a lot better than hp, dell, or even mac.

Why do you want a laptop that can do everything? Are you doing everything? My advice for you is to look at what your needs are and buy a laptop that can do a little above your need. Most laptops are qualified for this but a popular brand name will do. it could be HP, Dell, Toshiba, Gateway, Acer or better still Aple Mac.

You also need to choose the best operating system to suit your need. You certainly will need to buy some other software packages that will suite your need. This ranges from word processor, graphic designer, accounting package etc.

Any of the ones you mentioned above would do, but your choice of operating system will depend on what you want it for.

I have one question for you? What are you going to use the laptop for? The answer to this question can better help me determine the what laptop you need and/or want in a laptop.

By the way don't go for the 64 bit edition laptops YET because they still have bugs that needs to be ironed for exampled the biggest one is the compatibility with older software. So if you are going to use the laptop for day to day basis doing, internet surfing, checking e-mail, typing text then you are better off with a 32 bit laptop.

64 Bit laptops are used for more high end applications such as Auto CAD, high end video editing, maybe scientific applications.

Studio 15 is better than hp anytime because HP has many problems afterwards as i m facing... Go for Dell....

Have a look on Sony Vaio CW series laptops or Apple Macbook... These are ossom in performance and work

They are about the same, but I'd get the first one if they are the same price. THe T6600 and T4300 CPUs are almost identical in benchamrks so get the second one if it is a lot cheaper. The first one is smaller and lighter too, so if you need to take it places it wins there as well.
