when my laptop system(IBM R51e) tries booting it displays a message"operating system not found" and continue blinking the command line cursor but the HDD is seen in the BIOS.The "Access IBM" button when pressed during booting displays a "Startup Interrupt Menu"instead of the recovery and workspace window .18GB of the 60GB is seen when using some recovery softwares but still windows cannot be installed.please what can i do to recover my system ?
