Definitely the screen cracked internally. You should take it into a computer repair store or have the warranty cover it. Whether or not they will, I do not know.

Itll cost a couple hundred dollars at the least if you take it into a computer repair store. If it really comes down to it, it might just be a better idea to replace it and get a new one.

Things happen, and if youre 11, it seems bigger than it really is.

Best of luck.

You're looking at anywhere from 370 to 600 to get the screen repaired. The LCD display has gotten cracked.

As far as additional insurance, depends on which tier would've been bought. I know at my workplace we offer both an accidental and a non-accidental, and this would most definitely not be covered by the latter.

Unfortunately, it does look like you may be going without allowance for some time. Might I recommend finding a part time job?

Looks like you may have to start saving money to help fix it. Even under warranty it may still cost. Insurance will depend upon the company. Just be honest with your folks, I crashed my dad's car when I was 14. Lets just say I couldn't feel my butt for a few weeks. So I know the deal.
