I do not know anything about msi laptops and it has a gt 670.Is the gt 670 significantly better than gt 660.

The only things i except from these laptops are an average battery life like 4 hours and above.And to play battlefield 3 in ultra(even if it is in 760p).And the belief that they can play games in the near future like for 2 years in medium or high.

Both of the laptops are good and have good features but I would recommend Asus g55vw which is better because ASUS is more reliable than MSI. Secondly there is not much in the main features like Processor etc and still ASUS is less expensive. So when you can get something good in less price with more reliability so it is better you to go for it.
