Vista Error..Can you help?

Anybody know how to prevent this occurring?

To stop the service go to Start>right click Computer>choose Manage>expand services and applications>click Services>scroll down to the transcode service, right click it and choose Stop. Then try uninstalling.



The error you are getting suggests some sort of permissions problem. You might want to disable the Vista User Access Control before trying the install



If that does not work reboot into "Safe Mode" then try uninstalling Transcode 360

Check everything is now OK.



Now try reinstalling Transcode 360.
