Can you play runescape with integrated graphics chip?, I have Nvidia Optimus,???????

I have an alienware m11x.
and I was wondering if can run Runescape with the battery saver mode which means the graphics change to integrated graphics.

would i still be able to run Runescape with that graphic card?
