Should I buy a PC or a Laptop?

I am so confused what should I get, a PC or a laptop? I am more of the gaming person and running high-end and modern games, and I also a HD video editor, so I hope this helps. But here are my reasons on both:

PC:
* high-end specs are cheaper compared to high-end laptops
* easy to upgrade so u won't get very outdated when playing modern games, btw I am a gamer!
* durability is better than laptop? maybe?
* has better high-end specs, i dont know how to customize a desktop, though
Worries:
* i don't want my parents to monitor me all the time!
* sharing it with others, I don't like it often, I also don't like any time limit on the computer
* bulky, needs room to place at
* no portability, can't be brought for school, office, or everywhere
* electricity consuming, means more bills to pay :\

Laptop:
* privacy and independence, a bit of freedom compared to pc
* no need to be an expert in upgrading hardwares, what specs you have is what it is
* very portable
* no need for hassle wires and other stuff
* spacious and comfortable
* more modernishh
Worries:
* easily overheats with high end games
* can't play games that well compared to pc
* expensive high-end laptops

If you guys decided, kindly please help me which kind of PC/Laptop to buy that won't cost more than P35,000 (830 USD) from the lists here:

PC (you can look at the Select by Brand category for more):

Laptops (you can also look at the Select by Brand category for more options):

GPU's have come a long way from the time when the meme "can it play crysis?" was the most asked question about laptops, mid range laptop GPU's can now play crysis in ultra settings considering you buy a 2012 model.

GTX 5XX from Nvidia even 4XX will run you more then 800$ in a laptop, plus your into video editing, which is CPU intensive, this is where a 3-6 core CPU will help you lots.

crossfire dual GPU quadcore example that will probobly run you about 830 with import and shipping costs of the seller agree's for 700

Notice how no one is trying to sell any new ones? only 1 used on all of ebay, that's a very good sign that customers are very happy.

if u dont travell much and you need it for gaming it is always a desktop

laptops are not good for laptops as thigh end gaming laptops have low battery life and they heat up easily . games also make their life less

so you should buy a desktop for gaming

HP Pavilion HPE h8xt series will be best for u it will cost you 900 dollars but it is a worth buy

dell Inspiron 620 is in your range but hp one is better

gooood luck
