This is the spec of my laptop. I dont think its about my RAM. And yes, I actually have a cooling pad but it's still freezing. I thought it was my hard disk but when I tried replacing it with a new one it is still freezing.. I also have tried formatting the computer but the problem is still there...

The most common problem that causes computers to freeze up periodically is the presence of a computer virus and system registry errors.

Run a disk cleanup program to delete temporary and cache files that might be infected file may be responsible.

run prime95 and use speedfan to monitor your cpu temps. If those go above 75C the you have an overheating problem at your hand. And do not put your laptop in a microwave. The heat will melt and deform your laptop. In short, do not attempt such foolish things. Some people just don't know what they are talking about.

This has actually happened to me many time befores. Whenever your computer freezes, put it in the oven or maicrowayve. If this doesn't work, i suggest selling your computer in the pawn shop.

To be the honesty, if this keeps happening, you should take your computer to a PC Clinic or a store that can help you. It might be an internal error for which you would have to take it to the retailer.

Sorry, I use the google translative.
