I have a laptop without a hard drive and I want to install windows on it. Can I do that? (I only want to know if it can be installed, I understand the usability problem that comes from having no hard drive). Thanks!

No. Where would the operating system be stored?

There not much more I can say than no. All the files are stored on the hard drive. The computer doesn't have anywhere else to put the files.
