I recently recieved a Toshiba laptop, but have a problem installing adobe flash. When I try to open adobe, it says I should change the 64 bit browser to a 32 one. I'm unsure how to do that. Also, I figured I could install adifferent version of flash but don't know if its possible, what version, and if it will work. ~Many thanks!!~

There have been browser compatibility problems with Flash Player. Some versions of Internet Explorer have been problematic with Flash Player. You could try a different version of IE, or try using Firefox, or Chrome.

Flash player is not supported on 64-bit operating systems.

I think you can install Firefox (64-bit) and it'll class as a 32-bit browser. I use FireFox all the time and in my opinion, its the best browser out there.

Go to: http://wiki.mozilla-x86-64.com/Download:Firefox to get the 64-bit version.

Hope this helps!
