Good all around laptop for college?

Question

Im looking for a laptop that basically does it all. All things school related and then fun things such as gaming. I want it to be a really good laptop but not too pricey if that's even possible. I messed around with customizing a random laptop, let me know if it seems alright. Its a Dell XPS M1530. All help is appreciated.

Came out to $1497. Thats not too bad. I would probably go up near the $2000 mark if it was neccessary.

Dell is your best bet, dont get any Apple's for college.

oh my goodness, that is an amazing deal. all that for 1497 is awesome. you probably wont find a better deal than that unless there was a major sale or something. but you could still get better w/ 2000. just upgrade the processer and hard drive.
