Well the best way to fix your problem is to

1. Backup all important data(check it for infections later),

2. Download and Burn your OS on a DVD(no it's not illegal to download windows, it's illegal to use a blacklisted CD-Key, your legal CD-Key is probably written somewhere on your laptop)

3. Do a full hard drive format

4.Re-Install the OS

5.Check Data for infections under boot-mode scanning on another computer

6.Remove infected files

7.Return Data to your computer

A little brutal, but nevertheless effective 100 % of the times method.

Hope to have helped and not make a dumb remark :)

Before you format, try Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. You can download it here: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button.

After you install it, run a quick scan... if there is adware or spyware on your pc....it will find it 99% of the time.

You may also want to check your proxy settings. Open IE and click on Tools --> Internet Options --> Connections --> Lan Settings and uncheck any boxes you see other than "automatically detect proxy settings".

in case you had production unit restoration disks from HP you need to be waiting to make your very own copies out of your computing device. HP commonly includes they're restoration supervisor to create restoration disks. you are able to in basic terms create a million set. Sorry if those are those you lost.
