Ghost aula shark mouse customisastion not working on windows 10?

Question

I bought an Aula Ghost Shark mouse and it arrived this morning and i love it. It came with a driver disc, so i installed the driver and there is a program to customise the color and buttons, but its not working. I change the color and click on apply but its not working. This is on my lenovo y50 laptop with windows 10. So i pluged it into another laptop thats running windows 7 and the customisation works. Any idea why its not working on win 10? I also tried to run it in win 7 compatibility mode but still nothing.

I had the same problem with different gaming mouses, I contacted them and they said that they are not supporting windows 10 yet, I think that's the same in this case they asked me to change the usb port and it worked !! Windows 10 is still unstable when it comes to games and drivers etc ..

I think we need to wait for the update of driver for Windows 10!

Have you asked Aula why their devices don't work on the latest operating systems?
