Toshiba always made great laptops go on there website and customize it with the graphic card of your choice. Also if money isnt an issue try the Sony Vaio series as well as Apple that is if you like Macs.

I don't know much about NVIDIA GeForce 7600 series nor about ATI Radeon X1300 series. But my experience with my flame's laptop, the Joybook 2100E must be the best, as I am still trying to find out if, and if yes, what is he hiding... Cheers

Dell xps 1710 is an excellent laptop. I have one and I can play any game on it. I use it for high end 3d applications a lot and much graphics work. It might seem expensive, but try haggling a bit. It is actually quite inexpensive compared to most other 'power' models. I compared just about any model when I wanted to buy a laptop, and this one had the best value by far.

Okay you have few options here

You can spend a lot of money and get the Dell XPS M1210,

or the Sony VGN-SZ430N/B both labtops are great, and they have good graphic cards, but they are very expensive. If you have enought money saved, then I recommend buying one of them.

If you dont', then you are looking at these models

HP Pavilion tx1000z, which is like a tablet pc, but it has a lot of futures built in, but it lacks of a good video card other wise it is a good solid system if you are not planning to play the new games that demand more from your video card.

or you can check the dv2000t it is also an hp product that has a lot of futures built in, but again lacks of a solid graphic card.

Good Luck

don't get a laptop unless you need one Desktop technology is much more advanced is cheaper and will last longer. If you purchase a laptop remember that it will be slow and almost useless in 3 to 4 years not to mention the battery will need replacement in 2. Usually if you need a laptop you should replace it every 2 years. My suggestion is getting a tough book as I have seen so many laptops victims of disaster if you do use it for travel use (imagine how many times you drop your cellphone). If you are an advanced computer user you should get a desktop and a affordable laptop that you can replace.

If you travel much, the IBM/Lenovo Thinkpad T series is the best engineered laptops I have seen.
