Need BIOS code for my Dell Inspiron can anyone help?

I have a Dell Inspiron that for some reason the BIOS went in to mode and I cannot get back in to my computer. I was told if I provide my info that someone can generate the code that will allow me to get back in. I have called Dell but they are so hard to understand and I have read that you can also reset the battery of which I do not want to do because I will probably mess it up even more. so can someone help me? This is my last attempt.

The info to my computer is
Dell Inspiron 1545
Model number: PP41L
Service Tag: (S/N) 1RNBVJ1

the computer system on the BIOS screen is #1RNBVJ1-595B and it says protected by a password that I have no clue what it is or how it got on my laptop. Please someone help me!

Dell Inspiron BIOS Password Recovery



Each Dell Inspiron has a master password that clears the BIOS password. Call Dell Technical Support at [phone] to get this number.



Dell Technical Support will request the Service Tag and Express Service Code from the bottom of the Inspiron.



If the current user is not the original Inspiron owner, Dell will transfer the used Inspiron’s registration from the original owner with only the Service Tag and Express Service Code from the tag on the laptop.



To transfer a used Dell Inspiron’s registration, fill out the Transfer of Ownership form on Dell’s web site.
