Option 1:
DDR2 PC2-5300 • CL=5 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR2-667 • 1.8V • 512Meg x 64
Option 2:
DDR2 PC2-6400 • CL=6 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR2-800 • 1.8V • 512Meg x 64

Option 2 is faster, but if your computer memory bus is only running at 667 or below, you won't see any difference.



Best bet is to use matched pairs of memory,

Option 2, because the RAM runs 800mhz while the other one is lower.

Option 2. It's 800Mhz instead of 667Mhz.
