Help with my laptop - it will not update?

Question

I think that my laptop has a virus. But to get rid of it i need to update everything on my computer. I try and update windows and it only goes to the google page not the update page. Windows defender does not update also microsoft active sync does not connect. I have also tried system restore; it goes through the process but does not restore. Nothing seems to update and i have run the latest version of Norton anti-virus, cleaned up a couple of viruses but still cannot get ANYTHING to update. Does anybody know how to fix this??

1- updating windows is not daily.

2- windows defender have some problmes in update.

3- no need to defender with norton.

4- start windows update is enough

best thing to do is to take ur laptop to the computer shop :]

go to programs. accessories. then defragment. do that, and it'll fix your laptop.
