I am sure someone on-line has it but its kinda pointless cause the PCI is quicker than USB. S you would be slowing or device down. so then just save the money and get an external whatever.

You can get a PCMCIA version of the Audigy 2, http://www.creative.com/products/product.asp?category=1&subcategory=205&product=10769
What you are looking for does not exist. There are also USB sound cards, http://www.creative.com/products/welcome.asp?category=1

Not that I know of. Most external devices for Laptops are USB these days. I can't think of anything that will allow you to use a PCI card with a Laptop.

no... but why would you need it?
About anything you would run on a PCI slot can be ran on USB2.
