I will not recommend purchasing Apple iBook G4 because the laptop and its components are outdated. If you surf on a laptop, you will only discover that its a frustrating laptop to own because of its speed, its not very good. Today's MacBook Air/Pro have Intel's 2nd generation processors and will recommend those to anyone as their laptop.

Don't get it. It isnt worth the money. Ive had one for a few years. At the moment the IBook G4 is almost 11 years old. It doesn't have Intel, it can pretty much only run OS X Tiger. You would be better off getting a 1st gen Macbook

I would steer you away from the Apple OS's In my personal experience, if you can take the time to learn Windows or Linux*, it really really pays off. You are getting an alright deal, but I think you could get an old laptop for under that price, install some form of Linux in it, and have it run 10x faster than that. *people say Linux is confusing and complicated. This is not the case, I assure you. The operating system is free and it comes with everything you will ever need (aim, word, etc)

Yes. I have an Apple G3 Clamtop that I use just for internet access. It's ostensibly 10 years obsolete, but it access the internet as well as any other computer.

Just read a booklet and watch a similar book that has been made into that movie. There are details in a book that people take for granted watching a movie. We don't have the sense of smell or color our minds can create.

Books make your sentence structure, reading level, spelling, vocabulary, and generally are usually more educational than T.V.

For the most part it's outdated. It may do some light applications, but overall don't expect too much. I also recommend moving away from Mac OS X.

its okay for light applications such as facebook and internet browsing but the its not really good for anything more...

Apple added a PowerPC G4 chip to the iBook line on October 23, 2003—finally ending Apple’s use of the PowerPC G3 chip. A slot-loading optical drive replaced the disc tray. The iBook G4 also features an opaque white case finish and keyboard, and a plastic display hinge.
