I create a user on hp laptop (Window Vista).Now I forgot my password...to reset my password I start laptop using in safemode but it was unsuccessful same screen comes with my user name and password field......and meassge comes password reset " use G drive".Please help

Download the Offline NT password and registry editor

Make a CD from the ISO

Boot to the CD

Follow the prompts and remove the password for that account.

Reboot the laptop

Now that account doesn't have a password... you can either put another password on it, or not.

On safe mode, choose administrator account. Then navigate and remove password through control panel then users. If you have adminbistrator password, you nhave another problem. Last option is to reinstall windows and everythging else.
