It says the file is \Boot\BCD and the status is 0xc00000e9 and that "An unexpected I/O error has occurred"
and
""Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer.

This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB drive while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as a hard drive or CD-ROM drive that is failing. Make sure any removable storage is properly connected and then restart your computer.

If you continue to receive this error message, contact the hardware manufacturer.""

i tried putting in the recovery disc and also the repair disc and neither worked

Oh, looks like a faulty hard drive. Try replacing it.

It looks like your hard disk is corrupted. Bad sectors on your hard disk could make this type of problem and Windows fails to boot. Go to a data recovery center, ask to repair your hard disk and recover data. It might help.
