Should I buy a Mac and install Windows on it or buy a laptop PC and install OS X on it?

Question

I'm looking to buy a new a laptop and i want a dual boot system. I'll be using the device for gaming, coding and browsing. I'd like to know if I shoud buy a Mac and install Windows 8 or buy a laptop PC and install OS X on it. Product suggestions are most welcome. Kindly also give reasons for your answer.

You can only legally run OS X on Apple hardware...

So there is no choice. If you want OS X get a Mac. Just why you would want to sully a Mac with Windows is a mystery.

buy a pc and keep windows on it

pcs are more powerful and a lot less expensive, and windows has a lot more freedom compared to os x
