They're both very good. It doesn't really matter if they have the same statistics and the same price and warranty.

I like both equally, and judge based only on their technical attributes (specific to the computer itself).

Actually in response to the first post, I MUST disagree. I find the Acer hardware to be pathetic, when opposed to Asus--a brand of similar pricing.

Samsung is ridiculously overpriced almost all the time, though they have decent hardware.

I find HP and Dell Computers to be the best. My mum has had a Dell Inspiron for ~ 3 years and we have not had any problems. My friend has an HP and loves it too--no problems their either.

Dell E6510 you will never regret it.... slim sporty metal body, strong hinges,, smooth keys,, powerful motherboard,, great onboard graphics i bought one for 800 us dollars it compares with my 3000 dollar alienware,, almost at least,,,,

Dell is the best for reliability support and repairs... its the chevy of the computer world....

I own 14 dell computers most of them latitude d630's

Hp sucks.. they overheat and they are made out of plastic.....

Buy a dell they are the most reliable, go buisness class latitude or precision,,,

9 out of 10 f these people on here know nothing about computers ...

I ve done online classes and my Hp laptop has a side port power plug notorious for breaking contact with the motherboard, they are crap...

My dell could fall on concrete and it would only scratch the metal...

Go SSD with a ATG setup and you will never regret...\

Touchscreen even better....

go ahead buy anything else and you will regret it when you have problems .... only a few company make a reliable laptop and dell sits on top like an unappreciated king,,

Just dont go all out on the RAM you can buy it separately allot cheaper than factory customizing...

I would say Dell is slightly more reliable (hardware wise), but you get more performance for the $$$ with HP. Both are good laptops tho

i desire to propose DELL, on the grounds which you may configure your guy or woman computing gadget on their internet site (warrenty coated). in case you have the time, check out ASUS too. exceptionally their Gaming variety of laptops, that are genuine-notch. 10) 8800gtx is the photographs card by NVIDIA.the final available interior the industry, and in all probability the main costly one too. you have set first rate configurations for your self, yet one million GB RAM is pronounced. you probably did say which OS you desire This has a say on the conventional cost too. I say you choose for Vista. (abode top rate is nice) to connect the digicam, look for the fireplace-twine port (it somewhat is a would desire to). there are 2 varieties: 4 pin, or 6-pin. the two are ok. choose for Intel twin center. not AMD. I truthfully have the two, and that i've got faith Intel's processors carry out greater valuable. i think thats as lots. at present, Apple released AppleAir. Its good, take a glance there too. wish this helps..
