Ehm..

A good registry cleaner I use is CCleaner. It's a reliable tool to get rid of worms, trojams, malwares and viruses that affect your pc performances. Free download here http://bit.ly/UrAyog

It's a very good program and easy to use.

Hi

Windows reports this error because a file is scheduled to run every time at startup which is missing.

As the name shows it is a simple vb-script file, usually some virus uses similar names to project their file as an "antivirus tool" .

I think your antivirus has detected and deleted it to avoid security risks, but somehow the entry remain there in your "windows -registry" (which is core database of valuable information as well as used to tell system to run specific files at startup - virus put its entry so it will execute automatically at startup )

to remove this registry entry you can use "regclean" from microsoft which can remove unwanted entries from windows registry. Also there are many of the third party software's are available on internet which can do the same.

Also take a look in "startup" option in "start menu" if you find any of the suspecious shortcut delete it from there (by right clicking -> delete) this is another place to trigger a software at startup. System will show path of automatically when you point shortcut/option. It it reflect cleanvirus.vb then feel free to delete it.

If you are aware of editing registry you can directly edit it to remove this, but it is not suggested because any wrong step can make your system unusable.

Otherwise ignore the message every time

Thanks

It sounds like a virus. I searched microsft and found no such file. Download Malwarebytes and run a full scan. Make sure you turn off system restore prior to running the scan. Good Luck!!

Disable System Restore. Scan your computer with the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

http://malwarebytes.org/

If you don't have an Anti-Virus program, download Avast and scan.

http://www.avast.com/

If both scans don't detect anything, do this..

Ctrl-Alt-Del > Processes - End the following processes in order:

dxdlg.exe

wscript.exe

Start > Run > regedit - Open the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

In the right hand pane, select Userinit and delete everything except C:\windows\system32\ userinit.exe

Make sure the processes wscript.exe and dxdlg.exe are not running.

Delete the following files

C:\Windows\System32\dxdlg.exe

C:\Windows\System32\boot.vbs

In your Windows drive, search for boot.vbs and delete all of them.

In your Windows drive, search for kinza.exe and delete all of them.

Enable System Restore.

Restart your computer.
