Question:
Is this considered a hardware problem? (laptop won't read CDs)?

My last 2 laptops have been rubbish. The first one was a lemon 4 times before they replaced it with the one I have now, completely different brand. Luckily, my warranty covers all hardware problems fully, and will replace the laptop with a new one. My laptop now is an HP Pavilion dv2000. The mouse spazzes all the time, I'll move it one way and it will twitch and go the complete opposite and move when I don't touch it. Sometimes if I press a letter key, it isn't the letter. Like, say I press H, but it does an A. And now, it won't read any type of CD's, let alone burn one. This laptop's been a lemon 3 times already, and if this is considered hardware issues, I get a new one for almost free. Thanks!
