Mine uses 119mb of ram and 111mb on normal mode, without coverflow. Is there any reg tweaks or anything to reduce the ram usage at all?

Nope.
Itunes is crap. Do yourself a favor and just use windows media player.
If you have an ipod then sell the ipod and buy yourself a Creative Zen X-Fi which works with Windows media player.

Nope, that is just the way iTunes is.
You could try a less "hungry" music player... I'm not sure how much RAM others use but try: Windows Media Player, WinAmp, VLC, RealPlayer.
I think the best program for using least amount of RAM would probably be WinAmp.
