So I found out how to set up my multiple screens but I don t have enough USB ports, I need to plug in 4 or 5 but my laptop only has two. If you know how to plug cords into my computer box and it will still work while my laptop is on my computer screen.

your laptop's graphics unit hasn't enough horsepower for that.

and, non-monitors can be connected via a USB hub ... a powered device that supports about four USB devices from one USB connection. see your fav online vendor's website

There are several ways, depending on your laptop:

A USB 3.0 hub that has 3 or more outputs. You can plug in several USB to video port adapters. But your USB port speeds might not be enough.

An Expresscard port cable (if your laptop has an Expresscard slot) to PCIe slot extender cable, power supply, a desktop video card, and power supply. You might be able to run 5 or 6 displays that way. You can build from a kit of parts or buy a ready to go unit.

A mini-PCIe to PCIe slot extender cable from INSIDE your laptop, using the wireless adapter mini-PCIe socket on the motherboard, and going out one of the open hatches in the bottom. The cable goes to a PCIe slot and power supply and desktop video card that services several monitors. You might be able to run up to 5 or six screens.

A Matrox Triple Head2Go box that can run three displays in triple horizontal wide mode from one video cable out from the laptop. The other one or two screens could be from USB external video adapters.

This is very complex for doing so many screens from a single laptop. You can use two Win7/8/10 computers on a network: https://www.hanselman.com/blog/UseASecondLaptopAsAnExtendedMonitorWithWindows10WirelessDisplays.aspx

There is one more method, but it is not recommended for the faint of heart. You can extend any computer's screen functions over a network to another computer. It acts as a client to the first as a server. Software forms a link over a wired ethernet cable from a router or a switch.

Spacedesk will do this. https://www.provideocoalition.com/spacedesk-expand-or-view-your-windows-10-desktop-in-multiple-devices/ See this: https://wrw.is/using-monitors-attached-to-another-computer-as-extended-screens-on-your-main-pc/

ZoneScreen has up to limited Win7 support. https://zoneos.com/zonescreen/

MaxiVistA is another. https://www.techspot.com/downloads/166-maxivista.html But maybe it's only a trial version. The creator's website seems to be dead. Might not find a way to get a paid license.

So buy a USB port hub.
