You can buy a well specified Desk Top that will play today's crop of games & is cheap to upgrade for the tomorrows game crop, plus a decent laptop for the price of a Gaming Laptop that will play most current games. A gaming laptop will have to come with an upgradable graphics card & you won`t get that cheap ,any thing that doesn't is not going to be a gaming laptop for long. Basically a laptop is a bit like a games console, expect to pay through the nose if you want to play a wide range of games.
