how do i turn my fn key permanately on?

im trying to get my computer to get fn keys permantely on. if anyone knows anything i would sure like to know how.

Not all keyboards but many of them have a button that says F Lock on it. That is the function key lock. I have one on my keyboard and I use an HP Computer, not an Apple. So, the person who said you can't do it on a PC and only on Apple, is mistaken and wrong.

On a mac if you press it and hold it down for 3 seconds or so a green light on it will come on and that means its locked in. Press it again and it will unlock. On a PC they dont have this, use tape or something heavy to weigh it down.
