I'm trying to connect my webcam but when its connecting it comes up with the little white adobe box where you allow/deny and i cant click either of them. Thanks in advance

You cannot click the "Allow" or "Deny" button because Adobe poorly wrote Flash for Linux.
This is a known bug. You can always try Cheese but not all cameras will be compatible, and even if they are, if you use the web browser it most likely won't work.

"Allow/Deny" is an Adobe setting, it isn't strictly involved with Ubuntu accessing your webcam.
Do you have a webcam program installed yet, like Cheese or GUVCView?
