Can someone tell me what this means? I've been trying to figure it out, but nothing's come up yet :( I am on Windows 7 Home Premium, and idk whats wrong with it. my friend told me to do a system recovery by reinstalling the operating system, but i dont want to give up just yet. The first bluescreen happened after i was scanning and everything froze up, but my cursor could still move around. i didnt take a picture of that one, but the blue screen i wrote up there happened after i was scanning again in safemode and it froze up. please help me :(

This happens often. BSoD is probably one of the most frequent errors in the PC world. Just calm down, and restart your computer a few times, and if it asks, "Start windows up normally" NOT the other pointless option.

Simply put, you have a virus on your computer thats attempting to get at your personal information. If you want to try something, uninstall everything that you don't completely trust from your start menu>>control panel>>add and remove programs

Probably your driver for the scanner was installed improperly. Uninstall the driver then install the most up to date one.
