So recently I updated my mac with newer versions with safari and other programs. But after it finished updating when I tried to open Safari it told me that that version of Safari was to new to be used in my mac. What can I do!? Is there anyway to reverse a system update?
Please help.

P.s: My mac is the white Mac OS X

Most macs also have "Opera" web browser hidden on them somewhere. Search for Opera, use it to go to Apple's site and go to Safari page. Then, instead of downloading latest version, download archived version or previous version, look for a link like that. That, or you can try to find an answer in the forums on the chance that it's not really the mac outdated but an installation problem. Good luck!

It appears you borrowed a DVD with the Mac applications which run on Leopard 10.5 and you are running MacOS 10.4 called Tiger. You installed the wrong software. Find your original MacOS X DVD and you'll find an older version of Safari on it. You could also upgrade your MacBook to run Leopard.

Why are you attempting to acquire XCode? it somewhat is on your set up disc, which got here which incorporate your computer. you may have 2 discs. One is the OS, the 2nd if applications. XCode is on the OS disc.
