I think i have a virus on my computer! I can't access the administrators account because it always turn black and a pop of "win 7 anit-spyware" always pops up and asks to download it. I can still access the secondary accounts to do a system restore, which seems to be my only option BUT i lost the actual disk for the operating system. Is there a way i can reorder it or do it manually?? please help!!!

when you start up your computer hit f8 several times and then it should bring up a screen that will give you choices how you want to start window, then choose safe mode, then you might be able to restore it in safe mode. safe mode allows you to use some of your computer with out having to use all your files and drivers required in regular start up of windows. Good luck!!!!!

I have also faced the same issues which you are facing and my friend told me about "ijinni technician". I contacted them at www.Ijinni.Com. For any issues, just open the website and you can chat with the experts who are Microsoft certified technicians and will fix the issue itself on the spot or u can call them through Skype or contact on their telephone number. For more information visit their website as it is a very user friendly website. Just click on the chat as the response rate will be very fast from them and they have fixed my issues in no time.
